Biketranz and me didn't realise that there was bunch of additional parts with the bike...they packed and delivered them without additional charge, and everything arrived in perfect condition. Biketranz have just delivered my second purchase...again, no issues. Brilliant company; the key to all of this is communication, because everyone is working these day's.
